What is JA Inspire to Hire?
JA Inspire to Hire is a career exploration experience that brings students and local employers together to help young people discover the career opportunities available in our region.
On October 14, Junior Achievement of Northeastern Pennsylvania will bring JA Inspire to Hire to Berwick Area High School, connecting juniors and seniors with more than 30 businesses and organizations representing a variety of industries.
Through hands-on activities and meaningful conversations with local professionals, students will explore career pathways, learn about the skills employers are looking for, and gain a better understanding of the opportunities available to them after high school. It’s a chance for students to ask questions, make connections, and discover what’s possible for their futures.

We are currently seeking additional businesses and organizations to join us as exhibitors. This is an opportunity to introduce students to your industry, showcase career pathways within your organization, and help build awareness of the opportunities available right here in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Exhibitors are encouraged to create an engaging, hands-on experience that gives students a meaningful look at their industry and the careers within it.
