Impact

This part-time role supports our YES! Day program team by working closely with volunteers and helping to set up and facilitate our half-day morning YES! Programs in middle schools across NEPA.

This is a flexible role, with 2-7 YES! event dates per month, which run from approximately 7:00am-12pm. Choose your availability on which dates work with your schedule!

JA’s YES! (Your Economic Success) Day brings the real world into schools to help students connect what they are learning in the classroom with their own future success. YES! Day engages middle school students with hands-on, interactive learning activities in career exploration, STEM, personal finance, trade jobs, interviewing, and more. Corporate and community volunteers lead these sessions, sharing real-world insights and experiences that bring each lesson to life while sharing their career journeys with students.

This role is critical to ensuring we can provide engaging, impactful programs to thousands of students across NEPA. With a lighter workload during the summer, this position offers great work-life balance and the chance to make a real difference in our community.
